The Birth and Adoption of Moses

The Birth and Adoption of Moses is important because Pharaoh wants all Hewbrew baby boys dead so that the Hewbrew girls will marry Egytian men, this way Egypt will have all of the Hebrew land. Moses is a Hebrew baby boy so his mother puts him in a basket in the Nile river, later the Pharaoh's daughter will find Moses and adopt him. Moses grows up to realize that he is Hebrew and not Egyptian. This leads Moses to killing a Egyptian soldier for abuseing a Hebrew. Moses then runs away to Midian, where he would marry Zipporah.
