Timelines

The story of Cain and Abel is important because it shows that orginal sin was passed down to Adam and Eve's kids. Cain sins when God chooses Abel's offering, Cain is jealous of Abel. Cain kills Abel and becomes the first murderer. When God asks Cain where Abel is He says, "Am I my brother's keeper?" This shows that we have to watch out for our brothers/sisters.
